Check out the Challenges Tab in the second week of each month to complete & upload your Training Challenge. These will come out via email as well. 

There's no forced fun here. You don't have to upload to be a part of the studio family. But if you're like me and could use some accountability and structure to help you keep growing - these challenges will be perfect for you!
